http://surveys.verticalresponse.com/a/show/313144/da2599e1ba/0
(note: you can also access this survey by going to the Web tab on the Settings screen WITHIN the FitDeck Mobile app;
the experience will probably be better if you take the survey on a full-size computer with a keyboard - but go iPhone if it's easier!)
Known Issues with latest release:
- Extended usage can result in anomalies in the navigation and toolbars (e.g., the back button doesn't navigate back properly, the menu bars disappear inappropriately); this can generally be overcome by changing screens and/or hiding and resetting the toolbars or, in the worst-case, exiting and restarting the app
- Application occasionally to hangs when attempting to shuffle; restarting the app overcomes problem
- The page the Web tab in the Settings View is currently pointing to may take some time to load on your device (especially if your Wi-Fi or wireless connection is slow) and it's not optimized for viewing on a mobile device so navigation, etc. inside the web page is not ideal
